Aluminium Poles - "High quality for a low price"

Description

Romflag’s aluminium poles are cilindrical shape, made of extruded profile, wich makes it stronger. With an F22 standard quality, our aluminium poles are manufactured from Aluminium, Magnezium and Silicon mixed metal, with no impurities.

The aluminium flagpoles are Powder Coated standard RAL 9010, or it can be anodised, for a smart grey look. Other colors are possible at demand. It is easy to repaint the flagpoles.

The standard sizes for the aluminium flag poles are 6, 7 and 8 meters.

The price fighter - Exterior cord pole and cleat

Description:

This is the easiest and cheapest solution for a flagpole. It is provided with a cord, that permits the rise and the descent of the flag very easily. The flag is visible only when the wind blows. The flag can be replaced with the help of the cord.
For this type of flagpole, a ground tube is used to fix it in the ground. It is useful when the mast needs to be installed very quickly and then easily moved from one place to another.

Accesories:

This type of pole is provided with a cord, that permits the rise and the descent of the flag very easily. The flag is visible only when the wind blows. The flag can be replaced with the help of the cord, that together with the cord fastener and the sleeve at the top of the pole, form a lever.

You don’t know how to install your pole? We’ll explain it to you!

1. Dig a hole of a suitable size and depth (see specifications below), and feel the hole with good cement.
2. Press the ground tube into the concrete. The tube should stay 1 m above the surface. Check the vertical position of the ground tube.
3. Once the concrete has set (+- 5 days), you can erect the flagpole by sliding it over the ground tube.
4. To enlarge the lifetime of your falgpole, it is recommended that you take down the flag by winds of more than 70-80 km/h

Description:

The pole is designed for the flag to be seen from any position, not only when the wind blows. The pole with the rotating arm moves in the wind direction and that encreases the life time of the flag. The flag can be replaced by the descend of the mast with the joint system at the base.

Accesories:

The poles are completely equipped with the fixing foundation for concrete, rotating arm, top of the mast and counterweight.

We can provide two types of foundations:
A. Ground tube
B. Tilt foot

A. Ground tube:

1. Dig a hole of a suitable size and depth (see specifications below), and feel the hole with good cement.
2. Press the ground tube into the concrete. The tube should stay 1 m above the surface. Check the vertical position of the ground tube.
3. Once the concrete has set (+- 5 days), you can erect the flagpole by sliding it over the ground tube.
4. To enlarge the lifetime of your falgpole, it is recommended that you take down the flag by winds of more than 70-80 km/h.

 

B. Tilt foot:

1. Dig a hole of a suitable size and depth (see specifications below), and feel the hole with good cement.
2. Press the anchor bolts into the concrete. To facilitate later adjustments of the flagpole, there must be a gap of approx.30 mm between the tilt plate and the concrete.
3. Level the tilt plate and support it with a board to prevent it sinking into the concrete. Remember to position the tilt plate to allow enough space to mount the flagpole.
4. Once the concrete has been set (3-7 days), connect the upper bracket on the flagpole to the tilt plate using the cranked cotter. Erect the flagpole and fasten it with nuts.
5. Adjust the vertical position of the flagpole with the 3 nuts on each anchor bolt. Remember to tighten all 12 nuts once the flagpole is vertical.
